We are Southwest Michigan's Premiere 24 Hour Fitness Facilities located in New Buffalo and Three Oaks, Michigan.
We have been in business since 2013.
Our mission is to provide safe, clean, affordable, accessible, and motivating and supportive environments to work out in.
We offer membership options for both full-time and part-time residents and area guests (18+). We have Online Training Programs and our Classes are open to the Public (12+). Memberships include discounts on our Classes as well as 24 hour access to both of our facilities.
